Organic Millet once cooked has a clean, delicate flavour and a light texture; a great summer BBQ dish. Serve with steamed or stir-fry vegetables, it is a delicious and nutritious alternative to rice, quinoa or cous cous.
Cooking - Rinse in cold water. Add 1 part of millet to 2 parts water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15-20 mins. Too much water added during cooking time will turn the grain in to a thick paste.
