Delivery and Collection information
Your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours of placing the order and within store opening hours (see website for these), you will receive an email once the order is complete. If you have selected Payment by Zettle payment link then you will receive the link when your order has been completed and it will be ready to collect during opening times.
Any issues with stock or availability will be reported to you as soon as possible and alternatives can be arranged.
If you have opted for the delivery option you will receive a payment link or be expected to pay via card or cash on delivery. We will contact to discuss delivery times and payment methods with you and endeavour to deliver locally within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Due to the nature of the products sold at Zero Waste Pantry only faulty, damaged or incorrectly provided items will be replaced or refunded. Refunds WILL NOT be issued for items where you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect product, we are however always happy to discuss any problems with your order and would encourage you to email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of collection or delivery of your order with any queries or concerns.
If you purchased a faulty item with us, and you have proof of purchase, you have the right for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for non-faulty items. A Faulty item is where the goods should be fit for purpose and the goods supplied must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at the time of purchase.
Change of mind
We will not accept returns of items if you have changed your mind, but as always we are happy to discuss this further with you.
We will NOT accept any change of mind refunds or exchanges for food items due to health & safety reasons as most food items are supplied in bulk and not conventionally packaged. however if you have any concerns or want to discuss this further please contact us.
